2008 Economic Outlook Seminar
The seventh annual economic outlook seminar will be held on March 26th at The Portico at St John’s in Westminster. Small Business Development Center 24/7 Virtual Business Advisor
A new small business online resource, the Carroll County 
Noted regional economist Anirban Basu, Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc., will present the outlook for local, state and national economic growth for the remainder of 2008.

Basu’s ability to convey economic principles at work in an
insightful and entertaining way makes this event appealing to anyone
interested in economic trends”, said Larry Twele, Director of
the Carroll County Department of Economic Development.
The
seminar includes a buffet breakfast beginning at 8:00am and will
conclude by approximately 10:00am. The cost is $15.00 per

is now available via the Economic Development website. The
site includes training and business information for new and existing
