Main Street Eldersburg Groundbreaking Held Carroll Technology Council Launches Forum Do you want to find local and regional technology events or network with IT professionals to discuss industry issues?
Commissioners Julia Gouge and Michael Zimmer joined Black Oak Associates Inc. President, Dixon Harvey Jr., and guests to officially break ground on the Main Street Eldersburg Center on September 12th. The $20 million dollar lifestyle center will be
constructed on a 12.5 acre site on Londontown Boulevard near the intersection of Routes 32 and 26.
Main Street Eldersburg, a multi-tenant retail development, features the latest “green building” technologies. Sustainable design and construction technologies will lessen the environmental impact, save money for tenants and create a healthy place to work and shop.
The 90,000 square foot center will integrate attractive architecture with scalable energy-efficient systems. One of the first of it’s kind in the Mid-Alantic region, it is anticipated that Main Street Eldersburg will achieve federal LEED Silver certification, an award indicating a high level of environmental responsibility.
For more information on the project, see Black Oak Associates. For leasing information, contact KLNB LLC.; Adam Miller at 443-632- 2050 or Maury Levin at 443-632-2051.
