Lifestyle Center Breaks Ground in Eldersburg

Ground was recently broken for the construction of a new office/retail lifestyle center in Eldersburg. The Piney Ridge Village Center will consist of two 2-story building totaling nearly 40,000 square feet and be located at the corners of Piney Ridge Parkway and Johnsville Road.

The project is being developed by Bruce & Suzanne Reamer, owners of Salerno’s Restaurant and Catering. The first floor of building 1 in the new center will be the new home of Salerno’s, while the second floor will be a new banquet and conference center. The conference center will be the first in the Sykesville/Eldersburg area. Floor one of the second building is available for lease as retail space and the second floor is to be used as office space. Each floor of building 2 will consist of approximately 10,000 square feet.
